Analysis, Design and Reporting

Analysis in line with the ASME code requirements and other national standards is core to our experience. All employees have an excellent working knowledge of ASME III NB, NC and ND, for Class I, Class II and Class III valves making the design and analysis of Nuclear product one of our key strengths.

Analysis to demonstrate the validity of the valve superstructure in terms of natural frequency, stress levels and associated deflections can be undertaken. Active and passive valves can be seismically analysed for differing operating and accident conditions.

Test procedures to qualify to ANSI B16.41 can be written and testing equipment designed. B16.41 Annex J justification can be undertaken to qualify a range of products dependant upon customer requirements, using the family justification method of parent/candidate valve types.

Design reports and product validation can be undertaken to any of the design codes stated below.
